Typically, the engraving process takes 5-7 business days from the time your order is placed. However, this may vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee—please contact us for more information.

Absolutely! We welcome custom designs and logos. When placing your order, simply upload your file (preferably in a high-resolution format like PNG, JPEG, or vector files). We can help you refine your design to ensure it’s suitable for engraving.

Due to the unique and personalized nature of custom-engraved items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review your customization details carefully before placing your order to ensure everything is correct.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the damage and your order details so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will either replace the item or provide a suitable resolution.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free replacements for errors in customization details provided by the customer. However, we’re happy to work with you to create a corrected version at a discounted rate. Please reach out to discuss your options.
